Squadding:
-The top 20 will be pre-squadded based on ranking. If you have been pre-squadded do not change squadding.
-Squadding for all remaining shooters opens via practiscore at 7pm CST the Monday prior to the match (October 2nd).
-First upload of shooters to practiscore will be the Sunday evening or Monday morning prior to the match.
-Second upload of shooters (If applicable) to practiscore will be the Wednesday prior to the match, AFTER SQUADDING CLOSES.
-If you don’t make the first upload, you’ll be squadded where needed to even out the squads. If you want to pick your seat, don’t arrive at the last minute.
Expect 10 stages, requiring around 100 +/- rounds. Bring enough extra ammunition to zero and gather data if you so choose, and to cover the rare event that you need to re-shoot a stage.

FRIDAY SCHEDULE:
1400- Sign-in begins
1400 – Zero range opens
1800 Sign-in and Zero range closes
SATURDAY SCHEDULE:
0700- Sign-in begins
0715 – Zero range opens
0800 – Sign-in and zero rang closes
0815 – Match Brief
0830 – Range goes hot and match begins
1500 (est.) – Range goes cold
1600 (est.) – Banquet, trophies and prize table at the Reeseville Community Center
SIGN-IN:
Early sign-in Friday afternoon opening at 1400 and closing at 1800 or Saturday morning opening at 0700 and closing at 0800. Sign-in is located under the clubhouse pavilion. You will sign two waivers (Columbus Sportsman’s Association and WPRC) when you check-in. All guests need to sign waivers as well.
Zero Range:
You must complete Sign-in prior to entering the zero range. The zero range will be available Friday afternoon, opening at 1400 and closing at 1800 and Saturday morning opening at 0715 and closing at 0800. The zero range will not be open during the match. There will be no targets at distance to true velocity on Friday or Saturday
MATCH BRIEF:
We will cover important safety and procedural information. All shooters will remain in the general area for match brief. After brief, squads will disperse to their assigned stages. Be in location and READY TO SHOOT by 8:30. We will announce on the radios when the match begins.

After entering the driveway take a left at the fork up the hill. The parking area will be immediately to your left at the top of the hill.
After parking, come to the club house pavilion and sign in.
We are running squads of ~10; stage times will be 105 seconds. BE READY to shoot while the person before you is in process of shooting. Don’t risk safety in the name of speed.
Results will be announced after the match at the banquet hall. Trophies will be presented during the post match banquet.
