MPRC 2024 Finale

TICKET SALES:

• ONLY OPEN TO 2024 MPRC MEMBERS.
• While all members may attend the match and the subsequent banquet, only those who have shot two or more regular season matches will be scored for the season, and be able to walk the prize table.  
• Tickets are available at 7pm EST, August 5th, 2024.
• Ticket sales close at 7pm EST on August 21st, 2024.
• Ensure you use the proper (including spelling) E-mail address.
• Use first and last name ONLY- no middle initials/names.
  
• NO REFUNDS / TRANSFERING TO A DIFFERENT MATCH.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

SQUADDING:

• Match Director will squad everyone in a roll-down order by season standings, some time after registration closes.
• This is also when the match will populate to practiscore.

RO’s / Squad Leaders:

• RO’s will be assigned by MD.
• Historically, we have the top shooter in each squad serve as the RO; this equates to the top 6-ish shooters being the RO’s.  We may or may not change things up this year.  So be ready for anything. 

TRANSFERS / REFUNDS: 

• Match slots may be transferred until the first upload to Practiscore by emailing MD.
• NO REFUNDS.  You can show up and compete, or transfer your slot to someone else (see above), but you will not receive a refund.

BANQUET:

• All match shooters are welcome to attend the post match banquet, and are welcome to bring a guest (significant other, child, etc).  We do ask that you RSVP for your guest by selecting “yes” under the guest heading when filling out your ticket information.
• SHOOTERS MUST HAVE HAD A SCORE LOGGED IN AT LEAST TWO REGULAR SEASON MATCHES TO WALK THE PRIZE TABLE.
• The banquet will not begin until the match has been torn down and everything put away.  It is critical that everyone help tear down so the banquet can begin as early as possible.
  
• The banquet will be held at the American Legion Post 300, in Lake City.

MISC.

• Expect 9-10 stages, requiring around 90-110 rounds.  Bring enough extra ammunition to zero your rifle if you so choose, and to cover the rare event that you need to re-shoot a stage.
  
• We will likely have bottled water, assuming MTC’s over abundance of bottled water remains.
• Typical Schedule:
  0700 – Sign-in opens
  0700 (or first light) – Zero Range opens
  0800 – Match Brief at firing line
  0820 – Range hot
  1500 – Estimated match completion.
• Please stay to help tear down; we do not have the benefit to take the whole evening or Sunday morning to tear down.  The range must be reset immediately to allow for range members to shoot.

Please take note – The long range (lanes 1 & 2) will be CLOSED to MTC members, MPRC shooters, and the public from Friday at noon until the match begins.  The only exception is for any MTC Clinic’s / sanctioned training.  DO NOT arrive the evening prior expecting to verify data.  If you do, you will be asked to leave the property.  If this changes, shooters will be notified via E-Mail.  The ZERO RANGE, and the rest of the facility will be open to RANGE (MTC) MEMBERS.  If you do not have a RANGE MEMBERSHIP, you will not be permitted to utilize any of the lanes until the zero range opens on the morning of the match.  All participants are welcome to camp and/or socialize on premises Friday and Saturday.
